2.2 Event Approval

All events posted on Ticketskenya.com are subject to review and approval by Dimetech Group Ltd. We reserve the right to reject or remove any event that violates our policies or is deemed inappropriate.

2.3 Event Cancellation or Changes

If an event is cancelled or rescheduled, you must notify Ticketskenya.com and ticket holders immediately. Dimetech Group Ltd is not responsible for any losses incurred due to event cancellations or changes.

3. Ticket Sales and Commission

3.1 Commission Fee

A commission of 5% of the total ticket price will be charged on every ticket sold through TicketsKenya.com. The commission fee is deducted automatically from the total ticket revenue before disbursement to the event organizer.

3.2 Payment Disbursement

Payments to event organizers will be processed within 5 business days after the event concludes, subject to verification of event completion. Dimetech Group Ltd reserves the right to withhold payments in cases of disputes, fraud, or violation of these Terms and Conditions.

3.3 Ticket Pricing

Event organizers are responsible for setting ticket prices. Ticketskenya.com does not control or influence ticket pricing unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.

4. User Responsibilities

4.1 Event Organizers

• Ensure all event information is accurate and up to date.
• Comply with all applicable laws, including tax regulations and event permits.
• Refund ticket holders in case of event cancellation or significant changes, unless otherwise stated in your refund policy.

4.2 Ticket Buyers

• Verify all event details before purchasing tickets.
• Use tickets only for their intended purpose. Resale or unauthorized use of tickets is prohibited.
• Contact the event organizer directly for any issues related to event cancellation, rescheduling, or refunds.

5. Refunds and Cancellations

5.1 Refund Policy

Refunds are subject to the event organizer's refund policy. Ticketskenya.com is not responsible for issuing refunds unless explicitly stated otherwise. The 5% commission fee is non-refundable.

5.2 Cancellation by Organizer

If an event is cancelled, the event organizer must notify Ticketskenya.com and ticket holders promptly. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed by the organizer.

6. Prohibited Activities

• Posting fraudulent, misleading, or illegal events.
• Using TicketsKenya.com for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
• Attempting to circumvent the commission fee or engaging in fraudulent ticket sales.
• Harassing, abusing, or harming other users or Dimetech Group Ltd staff.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on TicketsKenya.com, including logos, designs, and text, is the property of Dimetech Group Ltd and is protected by intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

Dimetech Group Ltd is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of TicketsKenya.com, including but not limited to event cancellations, ticket disputes, or technical issues.
