By using our platform, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

2. Registration and Accounts

Event Organizers:

• You must accept these terms and our Privacy Policy to register.
• Employees or family members of Dimetech Group Limited may not register without prior approval.
• You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and securing your login credentials.You must provide accurate and complete information when registering.

Ticket Buyers:

• You must provide accurate information during ticket purchases.
• Accounts are for personal use only and may not be shared or transferred.

3. Event Listings and Responsibilities

Event Organizers:

• You are solely responsible for your event listings, including descriptions, images, and ticket prices.
• All events must comply with Kenyan law and fall within the categories specified on Tickets Kenya.
• Prices must include VAT and any other applicable taxes.
• Tickets Kenya reserves the right to reject, unpublish, or delete events that violate these terms.

Ticket Buyers:

• You are responsible for verifying event details before purchasing tickets.
• Tickets Kenya is not liable for event cancellations or changes made by organizers.

4. Payments, Commissions, and Refunds

Pricing:

• Event organizers set ticket prices, which must include all taxes.
• Tickets Kenya charges a 5% commission on each transaction, calculated on the total ticket price.

Refunds:

• A 3-day cooling-off period applies to all purchases. Buyers may request a refund within this period.
• After the cooling-off period, all sales are final unless otherwise stated by the event organizer.

5. Ticketing and Check-In

• Buyers will receive a PDF ticket with a unique QR code for event admission.
• Event organizers will receive buyer details for processing and check-in.

6. Prohibited Activities

For Organizers:

• Do not list events that violate Kenyan law or Tickets Kenya’s policies.
• Do not engage in fraudulent or misleading practices

For Buyers:

• Do not resell tickets at inflated prices (scalping).
• Do not use the platform for unauthorized commercial purposes.

Intellectual Property

Event organizers retain ownership of their event content but grant Tickets Kenya a license to use, display, and distribute it on the platform.

Buyers may not reproduce or distribute event content without permission.

8. Termination

Tickets Kenya may suspend or terminate accounts for breaches of these terms, including:

• Fraudulent activity
• Poor performance or negative reviews from buyers.
• Violation of Kenyan law or platform policies

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by Kenyan law. Disputes will be resolved through arbitration or the Kenyan courts unless otherwise agreed.

10. Ammendments

• Tickets Kenya may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

• Users are responsible for reviewing the terms periodically.
