Join Danny Andrade for the first-ever Processing Methods Workshop in Kenya. A hands-on exploration of coffee processing, flavour development, and sensory discovery.
Born from Danny’s travels to origin and years of experimentation across Australia, Brazil, El Salvador, Guatemala, Panama, India, and Kenya, this immersive workshop brings together coffee professionals from every link in the chain to learn, collaborate, and push the boundaries of cup quality.
Set at the beautiful Ngacha Coffee Estate in Kenya’s central highlands, participants will experience farm-level processing innovation first-hand. From fermentation design to drying methods, in an environment that celebrates both tradition and experimentation.
