4th Annual Excellence Dinner
Some rooms you walk into. This one, you are invited into.
Three years ago, I hosted my very first gathering. It was small. Modest, even. Guests paid just enough to cover coffee, tea and a light snack because I wasn't yet sure the room would fill.
It did.
And that evening taught me something I have never forgotten. Conversations became collaborations. Strangers became colleagues, clients and friends. I stood at the edge of that room thinking, this is bigger than an event.
But if I am honest, I did not build this room out of nothing.
A room like this was once built for me.
Over 15 years in HR, I have learned that I did not get here alone. Someone mentored me. Someone referred me. Someone believed in what they saw in me and opened a door.
So when young professionals ask me how to get ahead, I tell them the truth: sometimes, it isn't about working harder in isolation. Sometimes, it is about being in the right room, with the right people, at the right time.
That is what this gala has become.
Three years. Three rooms. Each one more intentional, more curated, and more meaningful than the last. Rooms where careers shifted, businesses found their next client, and people found each other.
And now, the fourth.
On 16th October 2026, we meet at The Clarion Hotel, bringing together 100+ professionals, business owners and decision-makers across industries.
There will be dinner. There will be beautiful surroundings. There will be conversations on wellness and finance from two guest speakers I trust.
But honestly, the real value is in the people you meet.
The conversation you did not expect.
The connection that becomes an opportunity.
The door that quietly opens because you were in the room.
